This gorgeous ranch home across the street from Lake Michigan and a huge sandy beach offers partial lake views with spectacular sunsets. Included are 2 bedrooms on the main level with 1 bath with Jacuzzi tub.

Guests will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $69 in lieu of a Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed at the rental home or on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $1,000.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges.

Free cancellation for 48 hours after initial booking (time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee; otherwise no refund.

Deposit Policy

50% of reservation due at time of booking, including services, fees and taxes. Remaining 50% balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
