Free cancellation for 48 hours after initial booking (time shown in the confirmation email). After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee; otherwise no refund.
Deposit Policy
50% of reservation due at time of booking, including services, fees and taxes. Remaining 50% balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

This place was great! Beautiful views of paw paw lake!
The Treehouse on Lake Paw Paw was great. Beautiful, serene view of the lake from back deck. Great area to bike around, 2 swimming areas, very convenient for boating if you do that. The house itself is tidy, plenty of bedrooms, and all conveniences. Did not need any AC because of lake breeze, so i didnt miss it. Very nice place for a quiet getaway.
Windy’s place is a nice and cozy getaway. It’s exactly like the pictures with amazing lake and sunset views. Windy is a good host, who was very responsive and helpful!
